I bought a 3 seater sofa and I received the wrong item(chase on the left side couch) instead. I tried to convince them to solve the problem by going to the store and emailing them my receipt and the photo of the wrong sofa, poor customer care. Won't ever go to any Focus on Furniture store to even check the products since if something happened no one will take the response for issues. I will attach my receipt and the product I was sent for proof of my review and wrong item.
