Went into Focus on Furniture today
Walked around the whole store browsing not one person came up to me.
I found a vase I liked and could not see a price.
Went to the service and asked if I could have a price and the girl said go over empty it out as it was full of van like flowers turn it up side down and the price will be underneath.
Never bothered to leave her desk to help.
Will not be back.
No customer service.
