I ordered something from Fogal. On the website it clearly states that there are no taxes or import duties for orders to Switzerland. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I was informed about the tax bill by UPS. I immediately contacted Fogal and advised UPS to not deliver the package (which they agreed to). Nevertheless, the package was delivered today. Fogal is not replying at all. Furthermore, the package arrived in a very bad condition. It looks like it has been on a boat from China for the past three months. I have no clue what to do - the return address is a Swiss address, so how am I supposed to get back the import tax?
