Delivery not on time which cost me time and money. Phone screen smashed, impossible to remove sticker on the back, hair in sides, muck between button. No compensation for money I have had to waste rectifying the issue.
Thankfully your customer services team have been very prompt showing me how to return and reclaim my money.
