Very very disappointing. Not worth it. Ordered and app showed food was being processed and would be delivered in 40 minutes. After 39 minutes wait Jumia calls to say the food I ordered was not available. Really? After 39 minutes? Shame on you. Best to order directly. Its cheaper and faster. Delivery is also free for most outlets.
Done with you. The worst part is despite making my disappointment known to the caller and on chat there has been no apology or follow up.
