Absolutely awful customer service!! My very first order and my last and I will discourage people from ordering with them as I have a large circle of friends who love movie, furry nights, themed nights etc I will advise them not to bother using #foodhub. Lies and insults you'll get in abundance To be fair to the restaurant after waiting 2.5 hours I got my money back and a cold pizza but #foodhub took no responsibility and best they could offer having waited and had to argue for nearly an hour to get them to contact the restaurant for my money back and cancel the order was a cold pizza and an offer of £3 and the excuse that in busy periods (erm 3pm on a Tuesday) there may be delays 🤣🤣🤣.....really???? From start to finish the whole first time order was terrible and their customer service team don't know the meaning of what goodwill means. If you want a good service and a company who values custom then don't look to #foodhub better stick with other companies that seem to value customers
