I bought a sneaker 1 month ago. It was written that the sneaker was dispatched. It has still not arrived. I wrote to Footpatrol about where the sneaker is. They wrote that something went wrong, they couldn't send the sneaker. Of course they ran out of stock. For example, if a bank uses my money, then at least my money earns interest. Footpatrol offered free shipping on my next purchase. If I can pay £190 then I don't think paying for shipping will be a problem. It's a very humiliating situation that they think I can't pay the shipping fee. They also wrote that their ordering system is inadequate because they cannot track whether the goods actually arrive at the customer.
