The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I made an order online for 6 pairs of trainers for 2 infant children. The delivery was made today a day late and there are THREE PAIRS MISSING in a ripped parcel from Hermes.
I try to phone customer service to be told all lines are currently off meaning I have to speak to a live chat staff member. The staff are so sarcastic, patronising and unhelpful.
They asked me to send pics of what I received which I did and was then told they would look into it. They then contacted me to say because i dont have a paper invoice (that was also missing) that they cant do anything about it and I am not entitled for them to resend the missing items or a refund.
They tried to make jokes about the situation and send you dozens of smileys and emojis knowing full well they have basically just scammed me out of almost £150 worth of goods for a small child.
They say the only next option that I have is to make a complaint to a third party company which I will be doing now.
Have sent hundreds of bad reviews about this company online, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE A RISK WITH THEM
