Gift card ordered 12 days ago and my money taken a couple of days later. After that, no dispatch notice, no goods. Delivery is supposed to be 2-4 days.I’ve tried contacting them in all kinds of ways. No phone response except to say they’re now working from home and to contact them online. I have done so several times over the past couple of weeks and all I get is a robot which says it can’t find my order and a human will get back to me in a few moments. No one ever does. Tried the WhatsApp route, quoting my order number and nobody ever gets back. I’ve asked for a refund as it’s getting very late to get this gift delivered, but no response. Fed up. Had to spend more money with a different (reliable) company. Dreadful service!
