AVOID! NO REFUND! THIEVES Absolutely appalling service. First and last time I use this useless website. I had to place two separate orders for school shoes for my daughter in August and returned one which was over a month ago. You have no option to contact humans instead dealing with bots! Can you take notes from ASOS or H&M please and see how an efficient company runs and provides excellent customer service. Whilst writing this negative review, I’m still yet to receive my refund!
