Ordered shorts from UK to get delivered to Australia in early November. Wondered why it was taking so long, checked the tracking and it said tried to deliver 5 times and left cards in post box. Strange never got 1 card in post box! Rang UK and spoke to Jess ( she should not work with humans) terrible customer service, wanted me to find out about delivery company (how do I know!!) and chase it myself!!! Unbelievable! I have now emailed them 4 times and still waiting for my shorts, no-one has actually updated me with an answer. Maybe they'll come after xmas! Never again The director of this company seriously needs to see where his company is going wrong. It's not difficult to provide good service, it's not super technical! One is not amused
NB yes this is a real customer from Australia and this is really what has happened
