I ordered 110 pounds hoodie and leggings £30 they delivered them on The 1st of February 2025 I Returned Through Royal mail on the 3rd of February Footasylum got my Return Back on the 4TH Of February and since then I've got my proof of Return And picture to and the want refunded Me my money Back ordered through Klarna my payment has been Paused it's now the 17TH of February and I'm Still waiting on my Refund Ripping people off Saying I'm by my 28 Day's I'm Not Saying I used have used there return Portal but one of their Agent's Gave Me the Return address to send back And customer service is Awful Would never order from them again You will Not receive your Refund Absolute disgrace Would advise anyone never Order From Footasylum you'll Get Ripped off Place should be shut Down.... someone has to look into This Not on
