My 15 year old son returned a pair of trainers and was refunded on his Metro bank card.The refund has not gone into his account still.They were returned in the 6 October and it is the 12th of November.Card machine mis read his card.Have now been informed by customer service to wait to the end of the month possibly.Was always a regular shopper but this has since changed.Have decided to contact Watchdog.
