NEVER AGAIN - Possibly the worst experience EVER!! On Saturday ordered a pair of the new Air Force Ones as a surprise gift for my partner online, paid extra to get delivered to destination of my choice. Got confirmation email clarifying delivery address. On Monday I get a text and email to confirm my trainers have been delivered - great I think until I see where to! Only 40 miles away!! So I email them asking for explanation - no reply so I call them.. after being on the phone for just under 10 minutes I am put on hold while the "customer service advisor" puts me on hold to find out whats gone on. After several minutes on hold the line cuts off. I call back and give the same info again asking to speak to the person I was just speaking to only to be told his shift had ended - so he basically hung up on my whilst asking me to hold. Next advisor tried to be of somewhat help saying she would happily refund me the delivery charge which was under a fiver if I was to make the 2 hour round journey to collect the trainers and pay around £20 in fuel - Disgusting and unethical!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Stop taking peoples money for a service you cannot provide. Cancelled the order on the sheer cheek of this company and no email or text confirming my refund. Quick to take money. WILL NOT USE AGAIN
