Store policy - no refunds.
I just ran into the shop and bought shoes for my hubby, as we needed them now. The sale assistant advised to get size up, because these don't come in half sizes. And he assured me they have size down in stock , just in case I need to exchange. Shoes were too big, went to exchange next day. Unlucky for me, they are ''too busy'' selling to do anything about exchange today. Apparently there are couple of days every year after Christmas when this store don't do exchange, but sales only. Anyway, they don't have size I need.They told me to try in couple of days, they might have in the next delivery. I've called costumer service. Adviser Ramana said to return shoes to the store, get the gift voucher ( no refunds, remember) and then order the shoes on line using that gift voucher. There is one problem - the on line shop don't have the size I need as well. She said she can't help me in any other way, my ''unwanted item is not refundable'' . So I will be stuck with the store ''gift'' voucher for £99 and there is nothing else I want to buy from this store only the shoes they don't have anymore. And! The gift voucher expires in one year.
