Ordered on Sunday 16th Feb for next day delivery never arrived tracker number not available on online managed to phone onTuesday was given tracker said was with Hermes told wait till Friday as itβs policy then to report as missing and would get refund of nxt day delivery
Called Friday was told order would be resent Saturday and new order number given then called Saturday told IT was down same Sunday, Monday phones closed Tuesday the online chat said phones lines still down. Sent complaining email and bounced back today saying not received my recipient. Used WhatsApp message yesterday and still no reply
Β£120 of birthday presents for my son will definitely be now taking this to the ombudsman π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘
