I have had an appalling experience with Footasyluum and it continues a month on. Twice they have sent me the incorrect product, the same incorrect product, a tracksuit top instead of boittoms. The products are incorrectly labelled in their warehouse as I have highlighted to them. They are IMPOSSIBLE to contact. When you email them they take a day or more to come back, sometimes they ignore you for days. Now, for about a week, you can only contact they via WhatApp as their email and phone lines have been down for days. I tried to ring but was repeated on hold for over 30 minutes at international call rates. I keep asking in my emails and WhatsApp messages to customer services for comebody to ring me but they don't. I had to return the first product at my own expense as I live in Ireland, but they have not refunded me though they said they would on receipt of the tracking number. They sent the same incorrect product again and now want me to return that too at my expense not having refunded me the first time. IF I COULD SCORE THEM LOWER THAN 1 STAR, I WOULD. If I had read the reviews on Footasylum on this site before, I would never have ordered from them and I advise other people not to deal with them either. Appalling.
