worst service ever in the space of two months they have messed two of my on-line orders. The first was they lost my package and didn't inform me about the progress of my order I had to chase them up after 3-4 weeks of waiting to find out what happen and get a refund and wait a further 10 days for that to go through. The second time I ordered to the store and they still managed to mess that up, the trainers got delivered but I wasn't sent no form of communication to inform me about delivery so after 3 weeks I called their customer service line and they told me my order was sent back to the main stock warehouse, I'm still awaiting that refund. from the experience I had i won't be making any more purchases from them on-line or even in-store.
