Ordered a pair of white addidas sneakers and had to pay upfront. That was ok but when I got the shoes it was a totally different order (Nike Air Jordans). I got in touch with Footalylum through email and then hell started. They asked me to pay the return (from Denmark to U.K) after which they would return the amount. I am now two months in and still haven't gotten my money back. They screwed up everything and in the middle of the process I suddenly couldnt write them emails anymore ad their accouints no longer existed. I'm now trying through customer chat but lost all hope. A total distaster that I've never experienced and hope to never experience again. DO NOT USE FOOTASYLUM!
