Attractive price translates to worst customer service.
Order was delivered later than expected and after I had already left abroad. Searched telephone contact with FOOTDISTRICT;
In poor English I was told that the order was already in the shipping process so "...unfortunately there is nothing we can do, thank you for your understanding". Upon returning home, the package turned out to have been delivered to an unknown person in a completely different flat. Shoes didn't fit, so I wanted to return them. However I couldn't find any return options, no label, no packing slip or the like. Again contacted FOOTDISCTRICT by phone and explained the situation: "Unfortunately ma'am, your return period has expired. Thank you for your understanding"... That they dare to use the word 'understanding' surprises me as they don't seem to know the meaning of the word itself. No consideration or understanding of any kind. And now I'm stuck with brand new unworn shoes that don't fit at the cost of almost 250 euros. Never again.
