My wife and I visited the store at the Brisbane DFO having been advised by the Chermside store that the 2 pairs of shoes my wife wanted were in stock there. It transpired that neither pair were available in her size. The young assistant Jemma Pay then spent quite some time searching the store and tracking down the shoes that my wife was interested in and arranging them to be delivered to the DFO store. In this day and age such service is very rare and young Jemma should be praised for her service and attitude. Footgear can be proud of this young lady.
