Order not received and No response for almost a year For-Runners-By-Runners is notorious for missing delivery and poor customer contact. After your payment their service is finished. They are good at finding loopholes to report and ban your review if you don't provide enough details in your claim, but when it comes to a positive review, no details are needed and no one can tell whether they are genuine. My order ID is ID25243 which was in July 2019. It was a year ago and I have kept contacting them on all possible channels. I still have not receive any refund nor my items.
