As a first time user of Foremost a 5-7 days fulfilment time didn’t fill me with glee, it felt out of step with current expectations. I got in touch to see if I could arrange a faster service (happy to pay an express delivery charge) and got a call back within 30 minutes from Tom(?). He explained one of the 2 items wasn’t in stock and was coming from manufacturer but they’d get the other item to my pro shop in time for my weekend away rather than send both together. I was impressed with Tom’s can do attitude and delighted that both items arrived within 4 days.
