After receiving a shed from Forest over 2 weeks ago (Ordered from Wickes) which was of such poor build quality , that the fitters would not assemble it, I got a refund. The shed was supposed to be picked up yesterday. The App on the phone says the delivery driver is still 1 hour away!
Shed still not delivered, taking up space on my property. I called Forest yesterday to arrange a time slot and was told it would be picked up.
It is still in my Yard.
It is now in my way, as I have a shed from their competitors arriving today.
I have emailed Forest to let them know that if this shed remains on my property past 1500 today, it will be taking a one way trip to the local tip. I have a van on standby to transport it.
The Quality of the shed is the worst I have ever seen, I think they must have shipped me all of the rubbish in their quarantine area, hoping that I would not notice it.
Employees (fitters) who condemned the shed took photos of the damaged panels but failed to communicate to Forest, and Forest failed to get back to me. So I asked Wickes for a refund.
My next step is to complain to Wickes once again, as this company does not meet the basic requirements of what they have advertised.
I have rejected better fire wood than this junk!
