Review of Forever New Brand - Extremely Poor Customer Service Experience
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Forever New store located in DFO South Wharf. The encounter left me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a customer.
Firstly, upon returning a product, I encountered the store manager who displayed appalling behavior. Not only did she refuse to process a refund for the item, but she did so in an incredibly rude and hostile manner. Her tone was condescending, and she almost shouted at me during our interaction.
To exacerbate the situation, instead of offering a solution or attempting to rectify the issue, she simply directed me to return the item online. This suggestion was not only unhelpful but also highly inconvenient, especially considering I had made the effort to physically visit the store.
This encounter has left a lasting negative impression on me, and I can confidently say that I will never patronize Forever New again. Furthermore, based on this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this brand to anyone else. The complete lack of respect and professionalism demonstrated by the store manager is unacceptable in any customer service environment.
