I gave them two tapes to transfer onto USBs. Surely enough that’s what they did. Each USB had the footage from both tapes, & it was clear enough to view/listen to, and I got my original tapes back, as well. They picked it up and brought it back to my house since I live in South Florida, and followed up with me after I received it to make sure everything was okay. Would recommend and use again, but I must say it did feel a little pricey due to other companies that I saw offered the same service a little cheaper… but not complaining because they did a great job! So happy to have my memories stored safely for me to view anytime.
