Wonderful experience from the first call with Zach through getting my transfers...it was an 11! Everyone was responsive and informed and patient with me....sooo appreciated. I do want to specifically call out Chrissy. I struggled downloading my huge file transfers to make copies. After some back and forth we landed on dropping everything to a jump drive and sending to me. To further complicate I was traveling and needed ASAP to make copies for my family at ourThanksgiving gift exchange. Chrissy to the rescue, she sped up the transfer to jump drive and held up the UPS pickup person to get the drive out the door and rush to me on time. Chrissy was my Christmas Miracle and I wanted to tell her how much I appreciated her effort and patience. All was received, and my family was delighted with their copies.
