I was unwilling to put my precious video tapes in the hands of any mailing service. I was elated to find that Forever Studios was within 5 miles of my home. I dropped off 24 tapes of different sizes. Their price was less than anywhere else I had found, and they gave me a 1-month time frame for completion. I happily received the email telling me my downloads were available only 2.5 weeks later. The videos were wonderful, and the tears and laughter flowed. One video was missing sound. They re-did that one for me in less than 2 days and it is also perfect. I am super happy with Forever Studios. I plan to gift my children with these memories for Christmas. Don't waste your time or money with anyone else! They are professional, friendly, and excellent at their job. Their customer service was superb.
