I had 3 photos which were over 30 years old and they were out of focus, with the color needing a lot of correction. The was one photo of my motorcycle when I had it in college which was very badly pixellated and I thought there was no hope for this one. I picked Olivia as my artist but didn't opt in extra money for the rush order. I was totally surprised when my first versions were ready the very next day! Add to that the fact that my requested revisions were ready to several times per day! Because I had that bike I knew exactly what it needed to be improved and in further versions I was sending Olivia technical and mechanical terms of the various parts on the bike, knowing that she probably didn't have that much deep knowledge of them, so I not only kept on texting the desired changes but I contacted Kayla, a customer service representative, and she told me I could send in 'reference' photos to her. I then got some old ones from my files, my sister's old photos, and, for the motorcycle photo, hi-res photos of the exact year, make and model of my bike which I found on the internet, although my bike bike was highly modified from its original condition. I then traced, highlighted and marked up areas on these reference photos that would be of assistance to Olivia. It took 6 versions to work on one photo before I approved it, 8 versions of the 2nd before I was satisfied and approved it, but the original photo of my motorcycle was in such poor shape took 10 versions before Olivia got it perfect, and what a difference it made! She painstakingly incorporated all my reference photos which I sent her in order to vastly improve it to the most minute details. I finally approved all the revisions, completed my order process and immediately sent out the before and after results, including the website address of Forever Studios, both posted to my Facebook page and emailed to over 100 of my friends and family and almost immediately began getting high compliments from them for those photos. All through the process, Kayla and Olivia persevered with a passion and never once did I perceive even a hint of frustration in our correspondences about all my requests for more revisions, all the photos I inundated them with and all my comments referencing technical terms, etc. I would not hesitate to use this fantasic company again and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to preserve and restore their photos.
