I had 3 40+ year-old photos I had them restore: one was a very poor, pixellated photo of my motorcycle that I had back in college during 1974 (before/after photot 1), the next was a poorly-colored, out-of-focus photo of me and my brother horseback riding back around 1978 (before/after photo 2) and the third was a seriously out-of-focus photo of a stained glass terrarium (before/after photo 3), one of many which I used to create back in the mid-80s which were scaled-down reproductions of Victorian-era botanical gardens glasshouses, most of which no longer exist. I wanted them to sharpen up this photo because every piece I used was curved glass and wanted to be able to distinguish the ridges on the roof and sides. The photos took a few versions to make improvements (with my motorcycle taking a total of 12!) until I approved the order, and finally each one was absolutely STUNNING!!! All during the process the staff (Kayla, my customer care contact, and Olivia, one of their top artists) were very professional, patient, friendly, and listened to all of my requests for further versions until they got it right. I would definitely use them again - in fact, I was so proud of what they did that I posted their work on my Facebook page and sent out an email blast to over 100 of my friends, schoolmates and family.
