My first time to use a service for digitizing. I completed the online order for a combination of tapes, film and slides. I did not realize that everything I ordered could be accommodated on one USB Drive. So for every type of medium, I selected a USB Drive for the ordering process. I ended up paying for and receiving 4 USB drives that are duplicates. Going back to website at the bottom under "info" there is a category "how it works" -- this states no matter how large your order, it will fit on one USB drive. Would be helpful to have this more prominent. I also included years for each of the items I submitted and thought this would be added to the digitized product. I was wrong. The sticker I placed on each tape, film etc corresponded to the file name. I then had to go back and enter the year so I would know what was on the file. A lesson learned -- call and talk to a person to confirm everything. Overall, the results of digitizing were good.
