The quality of the transfer was incredible — it’s like stepping back in time and reliving those precious memories. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. They sent me a secure box for shipping the reels, and I received an email confirmation as soon as they received them and began processing them. When the reels were finished, they emailed me again with a shipping update and even provided a tracking number so I could follow the return. The communication throughout the process was top-notch — I always knew what was happening and when to expect the next step. What really impressed me was their honesty. I had prepaid for seven large reels, but they reached out to let me know that two of my reels were actually small ones. Instead of charging me for seven large reels, they adjusted the cost and only charged me for five large and two small reels. That level of integrity is rare these days — most companies wouldn’t bother to refund the difference unless you asked. The fact that they proactively corrected the charge speaks volumes about their values as a company. But what meant the most was seeing how emotional it was for my mom to be able to watch these memories after so many years.
