Sent some items back from an order I made with them.
Return arrived with them on the 12th of December.
I chased it after 3 weeks, and I received an email after a few days saying that they checked and confirmed they received my return and that in maximum one week I will receive my refund.
2 weeks later I chased again as still no refund, and I received an email that "they are working hard on this", but with no date of when I will receive my refund.
Would not recommend to order from them if you think there is a slight chance you might need to return.
