This company have a terrible customer service after care. I've been waiting since June for my refund and still not received it. I've messaged a number of times and they just don't respond to emails either. So basically, I sent my dress back due to the fit(nothing wrong with it) they've received it back and not given my refund. They've probably resold it as well meaning they've had double pay for the same dress. This to me is a s good as stealing from the customer, when you receive good back and don't refund. Do not order from them!!!!!!!!!!! P.s I've reported them to trading standards for this s well.
