Your collection is very attractive, the designs you offer are feminine and flattering. However a few things I feel you need to address: 1. The quality of the top I bought. The fabric is cheap and the finish is basic. Nothing was hemmed, just overlocked. Maybe consider running along side it a Silk collection for ladies who at 45 + as we have the money but prefer better quality, but like your designs. 2. My order took 5 days not 2 days to arrive. 3. Charging to send back will put customers off when ASOS and many others provide a return label. 4. Not enough sizing information. You need to give the clients more info on 'floaty' styles. Understand your products and say they come up on the bigger side. Thank you.
