I am rating customer service a 5* but unfortunately I would have to rate the top that I ordered a 1* - the sizing is completely wrong. UK14 JUST ABOUT fits a UK10 if they didn't need to lift their arms up! Possibly won't be ordering again but customer service very quick and no quibble refund.
