Mid dispute because my dress that has been on pre order for weeks. Due to be delivered yesterday and it's been delivered to wrong address. They have come back with the silly excuse that I didny provide a post code. Well I provided a door number, a road and the town. They have said that there are two roads of that name in the area. There are not. There is a 'way' and a 'riad' So that simply isn't good enough. I've also been told they cannot confirm which address it's been delivered to which I find proposterous. It has been signed for by an Emily. ... my name is Elizabeth. In an attempted delivery or left with a neighbour they would leave a card with the house number. So now they have admitted to delivering to wrong address, why can't tgey tell me where it is. I'm a new mummy and have an event on Saturday I was really looking forward to. This was my dress that I was to wear. I had a nice chat with customer service yesterday but there doesn't seem to be much sense of urgency given that you have already banked my money but delivered my dress to any tom, dick or harry at the wrong address. Then told me it's my fault for not providing a post code. When I'm 99% sure I did actually. And the companies excuse that there are two roads of tha name is just stupid because there aren't. Is ..... close ..... way ..... Road ..... avenue all the same. No. All I want is my dress recovered and sent to me and then I can change this review. Thank you
