Have bought many items from Forever Unique over the years and have always been very happy with my purchases. The clothes were always of good quality , delivered quickly and packaged well. Since they have introduced the ‘ cheaper range ‘ the quality is inferior , delivery hit and miss and general service very poor. I understand you get what you pay for but I’ve just received a black dress with tassels and it is an absolute mess.Some of the tassels are knotted, some longer than others ,some are stitched together and some aren’t.I chose next day delivery as the website advised I’d get a 1 hour delivery slot , didn’t get any notification of my delivery time ,rang customer service twice and was told it would be delivered that day.Stayed in all day and I didn’t turn up ! This happened on a previous order also. Anyway , the dress has been returned and I won’t be ordering again.
