What happened to the quality of Forever Unique clothing?! It’s now boo hoo quality with a designer price tag. In addition delivery is expensive and next day delivery was late. The returns process is only free if you are able to print the label yourself or get to a designated Royal Mail office who will print it for you. This is not always easy as their machines play up and if you don’t have a printer then you’ll have to pay for the return. Why not just add a returns label for customers in the package? Im sorry to say but really not the best online shopping experience for me.
