I have used you before and found the service fabulous, where there was no hesitation in 5*, however this time Yodel have really let you down. I paid for next day delivery, received a text from yodel to say my parcel would arrive between 16.40 and 18.40. At 15.35 I received an email to say the parcel had been delivered then another to say sorry we missed you. I returned home at 16.15 to no parcel. Yodel said on Friday that it would take 24hours to investigate and I have heard nothing! No dress for the ball and over £500 out of pocket with parcel location unknown 😕
