Tan and polka dot dress was finally received after a lengthy wait. Unfortunately there is an area of lightened (like bleached) fabric in a prominent position in the middle of the dress which should obviously have been picked up by Quality Control in my opinion. I sent in 2 emails to customer services, with photographs, asking for an urgent exchange as the dress was for a wedding. No reply from Forever Unique. I called customer services who said to send it back but their system would not let them do an exchange and I would have to re-order. What online company works like this these days? A complete waste of my time - waiting for an advertised item to be in stock - after a 3 week wait, finally receiving a faulty item - sending 2 emails with no response - waiting on the phone for a nice lady to tell me there wasn’t anything they could do for me - having to print off my own labels to return an item. Very disappointing indeed.
