Ordered my dress on pre-order on 17th February was charged £85 that day! Advertised as back in stock on Facebook so contacted on 17th march, and they sent it out straightaway- should have been sent without s prompt gave gad my money for 1 month! On the 20th March yodel allegedly tried to deliver but didn’t put card through the door and no alert on my ring doorbell. Changed address on 20 th March evening to work address as I am at work it’s 22nd and still no delivery. Have asked forever unique to contact me direct - no phone call yet and you can only email them no telephone number to sort this out. Same with yodel you can only online chat to a computer. Not a good service and would not order again ☹️ Sadly I have no confidence my £85 dress will turn up on Monday.
