I tried to contact via email, Instagram and Facebook regarding restock levels, returns information etc and no response on any, multiple times! I placed an order at 3.30pm yesterday and even paid for the next day delivery which was "guaranteed" if ordered before 4pm. I have just had confirmation today that the items won't be arriving for at least 3 days and NO communication back to resolve the issue. The clothing they sell is bought from a Chinese company called Gingtto who sell these exact same clothing much cheaper just without the UK company branding. Lots of companies, like these guys, buy them and just add their logo to it and claim "luxury streetwear". Honestly, just check out Svpply Studios, Evoke Clothing Co, Icon Amsterdam etc, etc. Which makes it quite amusing that they use the words "Fresh", "Unique" and "Luxurious". I don't mind this necessarily because it makes postage quicker as the items are coming from the UK, but if you have the audacity to sell Chinese goods at a premium £50 per pair of chinos then have the decency to respond to customers when they contact you. (I have still received no response from you guys regarding my late delivery but would be happy to alter my review to 3* rating if this gets resolved)
