I went to the Hims site to buy finasteride and monoxidil spray, clicking in from their insta advert. Hims sent the wrong product out. They will not exchange or refund despite their error. They sent me a million emails but not one of them confirmed what it was they think I ordered, so there was never the opportunity to correct their error before despatch or receipt. I have now had to initiate a charge back through my credit card company. There are plenty of other reputable sites to buy anything that Hims sell; I suggest you use one of them.
