I have tried to order a couple things, have sent them any messages that their sizes in millimeters does not match my size in inches. The pictures shown for the item the man is not small by any means nor am I so why the conversion from millimeters to inches is so small I have no idea. They do not get back to you to answer your questions and it was a waste of my time. You can go on eBay or Amazon and find adult toys there which I did and I found a better one and a lot lot cheaper
