I am always extremely happy with the whole process - from the initial order to receiving the resources - Hayley is always 'only an email away' if I need anything - or if I have a query - she always answers straight away or passes it to someone else who answers promptly. Resources are always exactly as described and of a good quality. Delivery is always on time, with clear notes if something needs to come a bit later. Very good experience for all staff who have ordered - site manager, business manager and myself - 10/10
