There is 150 medium sized tablets in a bottle the tablets are white in colour. each tablet contains 200mg of pure caffeine and you only need to take one tablet to feel awake and be more alert to improve concentration and a maximum of two tablets in any 24 hours. These caffeine tablets work wonders for me keeps me going through the day when not had much sleep.great product made to a very high quality.I would really recommend this product.it is wise to have something to eat before taking them.these really are the best caffeine tablets that I have tried.
