Like most women, I watch my weight. So I am always searching for new ways to make this less painful. I have previously tried the hot chocolate flavour of this meal replacement shake from Forza and I loved it, so I have decided to get more, this time vanilla flavour. This one comes in a box that has 3x 55g satchets that contain powder, just like the hot chocolate one that I have tried before. You can prepare the drink with cold or hot water, you simply add 250 to 300 ml and stir it until it's smooth. I used hot water because the powder is easier to dissolve then. The drink has a lovely strong vanilla smell. I must say that even though I love everything that is sweet, this one so sweet it was sickening! It was hard for me to finish the whole drink because it was like eating sugar dissolved in water.
