Positives: 1)Lost 7lb in 2 weeks drinking the shakes for breakfast and lunch, combined with a calorie tracking app for drinks/dinner/additional afternoon snacks. 2)Thick and keep me satisfied for around 3 hours(I wiz a banana in the shake if I need to go an hour longer) 3) individually wrapped for convenience 4)hot ones are good to sip on if around other people eating as keeps you busy 5)Hot chocolate is good for night to help curb late night snacking if you eat your meal at lunch instead of dinner. 6) plain latte tastes like normal instant latte sachets but thicker(the sweetened ones) I liked those more than the caramel 7) I was able to go for a 6k jog after one of these in a morning without getting dizzy like other brands have done in past! 8) second 2 week supply I've bought so anreturning customer says it all( cheaper on here direct which is great) Not so positives: 1) vanilla one has a taste like the smell of play dough(iykwim) it's drinkable but I'm glad there was only 2 in the pack, maybe a vanilla latte would be better? 2) the cold ones are best wizzed in a blender if you don't have a shaker otherwise you get clumps using a fork/spoon however long you mix for. (Hot ones were fine) 3) It would be better with 1 pancake and 1 brownie sachet in this box rather than an extra hot choc and strawberry as I got this to try all the flavours and mix it up a bit.
