Absolutely love this hot chocolate, mixes really well and tastes gorgeous. I find that you should, as instructed, definitely let the water sit for a few minutes after boiling to give great mixing with no lumps. I have tried two meal replacements a day with other brands shakes and do get bored with them after a while. I have been using stir it slim twice a day plus a balanced meal since mid August and have lost 1 stone 10lbs. I love this hot chocolate so much I'll definitely use it even when I reach my target weight for the odd breakfast or lunch replacement especially because it's quick, tasty and I find it very satisfying and filling. I do take hydratrim capsules 3 times a day too which do help to fill you up.
